By accessing or using Booth Bingo ("the Service"), and by clicking "I Agree," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Acceptance of these Terms is required when signing up on the Booth Bingo attendee app and when purchasing an event license on this website.

5. Description of Service

Booth Bingo is an interactive event engagement platform that allows attendees to participate in bingo-style activities at trade shows, conferences, and other events. The Service includes scanning vendor booths, completing bingo cards, earning raffle entries, and viewing/claiming rewards.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Cheat, manipulate, or game the system unfairly
• Create multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Interfere with other users' experience
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

8. Prizes & Rewards

Prizes and rewards are provided by event organizers and sponsors. Booth Bingo does not guarantee availability, value, or fulfillment of any prizes. Prize claims are subject to verification and may have additional terms set by the prize provider.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Booth Bingo and are protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately for violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Service.

11. Electronic signatures

Clicking "I Agree" is your electronic signature. We may retain a record of your acceptance, including identity, time, IP address, device information, and the version of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may propose updates to these Terms. If we do, we will post the revised Terms with a new "Last updated" date and ask you to review and accept the new version before you continue. We will not treat continued use alone as acceptance of a material change. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service.

3. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide: name, email, phone, and ZIP code when you register or complete your profile. When you scan vendor booths, we record your scan activity and responses to qualifying questions.

We also collect technical data such as device information for push notifications and hashed IP/user-agent for fraud prevention.

4. Email & Notifications

We send giveaway-related emails (winner notifications, results). You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in those emails. Event organizers may also send you exit surveys and other event communications.

5. Your Rights

• Unsubscribe: Use the link in our emails to opt out of giveaway notifications
• Account deletion: You may request account deletion in the app; we will anonymize your data
• Opt-in control: You choose whether to share contact info with vendors via qualifying questions

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Upon account deletion, we anonymize personal data and retain de-identified activity for analytics and event records.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
