Data Deletion Request

Request deletion of your Booth Bingo account and associated data.

How to Request Data Deletion

Option 1: Email Request

Send an email to jay.dial@triplejrodeo.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

  • Your email address associated with your Booth Bingo account
  • Confirmation that you want to permanently delete your account and all associated data

Option 2: In-App Request

If you have an active account, you can request deletion through your account settings in the Booth Bingo app.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently remove:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • Email address and authentication data
  • Event participation records (as an attendee)
  • Bingo card data and scan history
  • Personal preferences and settings

Note: If you are an event organizer or vendor, deletion of your account may affect events you created or manage. We will contact you to confirm before proceeding with deletion in such cases.

What We Retain

For legal and operational reasons, we may retain certain information:

  • Transaction records (for accounting and tax compliance)
  • Anonymized usage data (cannot be linked to you)
  • Information required by law (e.g., fraud prevention records)

Processing Time

We will process your deletion request within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Facebook/Google OAuth Data

If you signed in using Facebook or Google:

  • We will delete all data we received from these providers
  • You may also need to revoke app access in your Facebook or Google account settings
  • For Facebook-specific deletion requests, you can use our Data Deletion Callback URL
